All sales of Road Wheels are final after 10 business days following the confirmation of the order or once the product enters production. After this period, we are only able to accommodate changes to offset/backspacing and finish options, which may incur additional costs. In some cases, it may be possible to change the widths of the wheels; however, this service cannot be guaranteed. No other cancellations or modifications will be accepted beyond this period.
Road Wheel delivery times are estimated at 10 weeks. However, due to factors such as material availability, design complexity, and adherence to our quality standards, delivery times may be extended as necessary. We will keep customers informed of any delays.
Road Wheels will only ship upon receipt of full payment for the order. Any outstanding balances must be cleared before the product is shipped. Failure to complete payment will result in delayed shipping until the balance is settled.
As our wheels are custom-made to order, we cannot guarantee fitment to your specific vehicle. While we build the wheels to the exact specifications provided, fitment success depends on a variety of factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to ensure your wheels are crafted accurately. However, we cannot ensure that the wheels will fit your vehicle. Should any material defect or manufacturing error occur, we will address and correct the issue related to such defects.
By purchasing and using our Road Wheels, the customer acknowledges and agrees to release Budnik Wheels from any general liability concerning the use of the wheels. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims of improper fitment, damage caused during use, or any other issues not directly related to material defects or manufacturing errors.
In compliance with California law, certain products sold may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. By purchasing our products, the customer acknowledges awareness of this warning.
All sales made to California residents will be subject to applicable state and local sales taxes. These taxes will be calculated based on the shipping address within California and added to the total order amount at checkout.
Budnik Wheels will not be held liable for any delays or failure to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental regulations, supply chain disruptions, and other unforeseen events.
Under no circumstances shall Budnik Wheels be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our wheels, including but not limited to vehicle damage, loss of profits, or personal injury.
Most of the content on our website, including product images, descriptions, and designs, is the intellectual property of Budnik Wheels. Unauthorized use of any of our content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. However, some images may have been sourced from an older database, and ownership of these images may be unverified. If you believe that any content on our website is being used without the proper authorization, we encourage you to reach out to us at programming@budnik.com. Budnik Wheels is committed to promptly addressing any issues and respecting the rights of content owners.
These Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the purchase and use of our products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California.
Installation of wheels must be performed by a qualified professional. Budnik Wheels is not responsible for any damage to the wheels, vehicle, or personal injury resulting from improper installation, mounting, or use of the wheels. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure proper fitment before installation.
